ENVIE is a company with a long history, which started around 1.900, long before taking its present form, by the great-grandfather of the Constantinople family, Lambrinidis, specializing in leather and footwear trade. Unluckily, the first successful business steps reach a dead end due to the Istanbul Pogrom, but the craftsmanship survives. Grandfather Lambrinidis settles in Kokkinia, Piraeus and literally starts from scratch.

The company, in its current form, was founded in Athens, in 1972. Lambrinidis grandfather and uncle withdraw in 1998, leaving Theodoros Lambrinidis, father of George and Constantine, the current leaders, head of the company. The small industry becomes a factory and in 2003 it starts import and export business, while its products are being distributed across Greece. The years of experience, the technical know-how, the persistent marketing research in Greece and abroad, our specialized staff and the love of our product, have established ENVIE as one of the most prominent footwear trading companies in the Greek market.

Over the past few years, we invested in selective work force choices, creating and organizing our showrooms, updating production technology and upgrading product quality and design. Advertising in the media has given our products recognition, which is of vital importance to us and our customers. Aiming at the international market, we participated in the MICAM tradeshow in Milan. The outcome of the participation recompensed us. We expanded our clientele in Italy, Germany, Spain, Egypt, N. Africa and Albania. Our network includes about 600 clients in Greece and Cyprus, Europe and abroad.

Our products are available under the brand names of ENVIE SHOES, MISS NV, MAIRIBOO FOR ENVIE and SMART SHOES for women as well as BOCCA LUPO and EGO for men. We have computerized all our business functions in the best possible way, according to the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality System. The right partnerships and the precise actions are the recipe for optimism in the difficult times we are going through.
